About Us

LAM Church, formally known as Life Assembly Ministries for Christ, expresses the love of Jesus Christ by embracing each family with care. Jesus said suffer not the little children to come to me (Matthew 19.14). To fulfill our mission in the communities of Pennsauken, Camden, and the surrounding areas we encourage building family relationships. We endeavor to educate and train the mind, body, and spirit according to the word of God.

LAM Campus was founded in 1998 by Pastor Harold and Dr. Sherry Sutton. As a former NFL player and Parents, they were determined to affect change in the community they serviced through ministry. They wanted to impact members, children, and parents and fufill the need of parents who were working or in school and needed care for their beloved children. So they created a non-profit organization that would allow them to accomplish their goal of being changemakers for the community.

Additionally, Pastors provide one on one counseling sessions to members, Wednesday night bible study, noon day service, addictions victorious meetings, and marriage counseling as they are deeply dedicated to the spiritual growth of every member.
